Spero London is launching specialist jewellery counters in fifteen stores this summer, training 450 members of staff. The training will take place in-store and is led by the Holts Academy, which has developed a qualification specifically for the retail jewellery industry. The training will also include secret shopper training. In the first phase, 450 associates will be trained, followed by a second phase of training, which will take place early next year.

In a separate counter, a dedicated selection of designer pieces is available, with discounts of up to 60% off the original retail price. Choose from chunky cuff bracelets, statement necklaces, and oversized rings. Spero London jewellery is available in a wide range of price points, from 6£ to 100£s.
