Returns Policy

Please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. ( Trying on is allowed except for earrings )

Standard Return Period:  Our normal return period is 30 days after you are receiving your order. But it is extended to 90 days for further notice.

Stockists: We are also unable to accept returns on items purchased from our stockists, and all purchases made will need to be returned directly to them. For any concerns and problems you have with our stockists please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Warranty: All our jewellery also comes with a 2 years warranty, in which we are happy to exchange items with manufacturing faults free of charge.

Promotional Items: On our sustainability promise you don’t have to return Spero Jewellery Polishing Cloth which is complimentary for every orders. And we encourage our costumers not to return! Sustainability is beyond our commercial concerns, and we take it seriously. Use your jewellery cloth to make them shine your other jewelleries and use them for a lifetime!

Anything other than Spero Jewellery Polishing Cloth must be in the package.


Faulty and Damaged Items: 

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Spero jewelry.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item. We take full responsibility for the items damaged during delivery to ensure costumer satisfaction.


How to Return 

How Should My Item Be Returned?

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel or write a full returns cover note within your parcel so we can process your request swiftly. The following details must be included in your return:

  • Whether you would like a refund for your item, or to exchange your item
  • Your full name, email address and phone number
  • Order number
  • Your returns address (if you need an exchange)

* Unfortunately, we only accept earrings back with their original packaging and unused due to hygiene reasons. (Please email us for any unsatisfaction you have with your earrings.) Returned earring will be recycled and shape other jewellery. 

*Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information, even if you’ve received a free returns postage label.


Start Easy UK and US Return

All UK purchases have free tracked returns, please follow the below instructions:

  • Fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel.
  • Email quoting your order number and we will email you a free returns postage label with further instructions to complete your return.


Starting Your International Return

All International returns can be sent back within 30 days of your order arriving with you. Unfortunately, the delivery is not currently free of charge, but we are working on it. Please follow the below instructions:

  • Fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel.
  • Send your parcel back to our returns address using a tracked postal service.

Where Should I Return My Item?  

The return label will be emailed directly to you. There is no need to enter an address manually. If needed the return address will be provided after you start a return.


Refunding Your Item

Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order, including Spero gift cards.

  • Credit or Debit Card - We will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.
  • Pay Pal - Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.

*Please note customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable.


Exchanging Your Item

If you require a different size or would like to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To proceed with an exchange, simply follow the below instructions:

  • Fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel, specify you would like an exchange, and state which item you would like to swap for.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an email notifying you to make the additional payment.
  • If the item you choose is lower in price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
