Rest assured, all US and Australia orders are shipped with duties paid (DDP). US orders may also be dispatched directly from our US warehouse.
Please note that all other international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a click-and-collect pick-up service.

Please send an email to info@sperolondon.com immediately. Once it has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. After receiving your order, you can initiate a return for any unwanted items.

Please send an email to info@sperolondon.com immediately to change your delivery address. Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been dispatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.

We will send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse; you can find this information in your order dispatch email.
